Anyone who looks or acts like the bums that hang around at stations but are not actually bums. The most distinguishing feature of a station rat is the smell - they smell as if they have smoked and eaten garlic for the past six years and not bathed once. This means you, station rat.

Did you ever hear the song by Ke$ha, "There's a place downtown where the freaks all come around. It's a hole in the wall, it's a dirty free for all?" That song is a perfect description of the Rat in Binghamton, NY. The rat was the home of the scorpion bowl, Tuesday night beer pong tournaments, and DJ Decibel. It was the kind of place you could never remember when you woke up the next morning.. good thing for cameras to capture your night.
