A term coined after the sudden and unprecedented emergence of Jeremy Lin, an American-born athlete of Chinese/Taiwanese descent, into NBA stardom. His story is so intriguing because he is the first American-born Asian athlete in the NBA and because his rise came after being undrafted and overlooked by the NBA. Oh, and he as a degree in economics from Harvard. If you admire Jeremy Lin, and can't get enough of watching him play, you are said to have linsanity.

Get the linsta mug.Linayahs are incredibly smart but pretty shy. This girl can do a complete 180° With her personality, And find her confidence and her voice through the influence of others overtime. She’s awkward and cool simultaneously, always honest and looks out for everyone around her, due to being a naturally great listener. Absolutely beautiful, especially her eyes, and she low key knows it. Really trusting and gets her heart broken easily because she falls in love with people she wants to save, or she’ll end things with you because she doesn’t want to get hurt. Linayahs can keep a conversation going forever if they find it interesting and always keeps the joke going. Struggles internally with past demons but always tries to move forward and learn from other’s mistakes. She’s the best person you could ever want to befriend but also hard to read, her tolerance to weed is higher than her level of patience. She’ll blow your mind if you ever get the opportunity to know who she really is.

She loves any animal and will pet rabid strays. Although she's kind in nature, her looks are enough to kill you with a glare but if that somehow didn't work, she'd finish the job herself (only if she wants to). Contradicting that is her smile that exudes the vibes of an overly sweetened cinnamon roll which serves as a disguise to the powerfUL BEING she is. She takes a liking in art and has too much talent/skill in it. Needless to say, the energy of her art revolves around her complex character, adding a pop of whatever that is to the already aesthetic essence of it.
She is also, for the most part, in a constant state of confusion and chaos. Absolutely stunning person. 10/10 would meet again <3
