Means, instead of demonstrating outwardly to the world, what a great person you are, and have external focus on your achievements for the day, hour or what not. Instanding is when you find out that within yourself, you are intrinsically a fantastic person and have so much going for you, that it doesn't matter what 'the external world' sees.
