glace

'Glace' is used to address someone you are "locked in with".

The word comes from the combination of 'gritty' and 'lace', as in someone who is tied in with your lifestyle through the tough times and has shown grit.

'glace' started as part of the culture of underground rappers around the New England area but quickly spread through the grapevine around the underground U.S.

It is often used as a casual greeting as well.
"I 'preciate you for your support in the show, my glace."
"Yo! What's good my glace? How you been?"
"Joe has been a glace since day one; let him in the place, man."

garel

A garel is similar to a girl, but when pronounced correctly using a slight Welsh accent (and when used effectively to diffuse any number of awkward social situations), people will, by and large, like you more and be more receptive to your ideas.
“Hey fine-lookin’ garel, you’re lookin more precious than a twelve-dollar clam!”

Gareth Keenan

A character from BBC's The Office played brilliantly by Mackenzie Crook who always gets the piss taken out of him (even though he probably always deserves it) by office-mate Tim Canterbury.
Used to be in the Territorial Army, and now works at Wernham-Hogg paper company in Slough where he is Assistant Regional Manager... erm, excuse me, Assistant TO the Regional Manager.
Remember when Tim put Gareth's stapler in jello in episode 1?
