A term to describe the dirtiest or dirty people both woman and man whores alike. Stemming from 3 different current words in the English language. Ghonoria (Ghono), Syphilis (yphili), and herpes (es). It can be used as a derogatory term and also to explain why you shouldn't hook up with someone.

Dude, do not even think about sleeping with her, she has ghonoryphilies.
