Floatulent

1) The escape of air from one's swimsuit while underwater, making a fart-like noise.

2) The bubble that appears in one's swimsuit after they emerge themselves underwater.

His swimsuit became floatulent as he sank into the water, creating a donut like ring of air in his swimtrunks.

Floater effect
