YT;DW (Youtube; didn’t watch) variant of TL;DR (Too long; didn’t read) Used on message boards that have chronic vlinkers or vloggers (video linkers or video bloggers). Used subsequently to post ones hatred over the many video links that have been made in any given online board community. Usually directed at individuals that link to a video yet describe nothing in the body of the message.

Short for "video; didn't watch". The well-known phenomenon of clicking what appears to be a link to an interesting article, only for it to be a video, usually of a smiling blonde chick reading a list. The tab or window is closed immediately, because (a) video takes much longer to get through than a simple Buzzfeed-style article, or (b) the surfer is doing it on work time, when watching videos can get you fired.
Similar in context to tl;dr (too long; didn't read.)

Inspired by TL;DR but for replies in discussions.
Too Long, Didn't Write.
Meaning: Man, the answer is too long to write, I can't do it now, sorry.

An acronym for "Too laggy, didn't watch"
To be used when someone sends you a video but you stop watching it because it is taking too long to buffer.
