Dinosaur

An adult (typically an older person, but could be any age) that favors outdated and oppressive ideas that are no longer current in today's society. This person likely over shares their perspective without permission, offends easily when their point is countered, and is close-minded when understanding other's perspectives. This term references the Jurassic period because this type of person is a dying breed, and society will eventually move on without them.

Arguing with a dinosaur online is never worth your time.

A dinosaur is an old man, made famous by Ke$ha's song. He frequently hits on younger women, some as young as 12. He can be anyone from a middle school math or science teacher to already retired at "an old folk's home." They slick back their hair, charge into a bar, and offer to buy a girl a martini, olive and everything. They are sure to be a creeper- don't listen to anything they say-even if they have a sexy tank of oxygen! A cougar is the equivalent of this, but the female type. Dinosaurs are more common.
