Crying session 😢

Basically, a crying session 😢 is somthing I have to do way to much to make sure I don’t explode. My friends are worried. I put on my songs to cry to playlist and eat litterly a whole gallon of ice cream then crap a whole ton the next day. The point is, depression sucks. And it’s not cool. 😔

Micro-crying

Micro-crying is when you spontaneously start ugly crying for only a few seconds. Then suddenly stop and suppress all of your anxiety and past trauma because bottling things up is easier than facing your problems.

"I micro-cried three times today because I remembered their is a world wide pandemic and I haven't spent time with another person for three weeks"

"I keep micro-crying because I'm two weeks behind in my classes but I just distract myself with instagram."

crying over spilled milk

To cry over spilled milk is to remain upset about a past loss. When milk has been spilled, it is wasted and cannot be used. There is no reason to keep complaining over the loss. Note that either of the words spilled or spilt can be used.

-I can't believe we're over! You're not even going to fight for me?
-stop crying over spilled milk, we're done...you really bruised my ego.
-oh, cry me a river!

Taken from the 1992 film 'A league of their own', when Tom Hanks' character says it to own his female players who started to weep when she couldn't handle the criticism he had on her.

Outside of baseball, people replace the last word with their occupation (There's no crying in politics!///There's no crying in wrestling!///etc)

When someone says that to you, they actually want to say something like 'Be a man' or 'Don't be a pansy'.

A variant of the use was spotted on many websites, while commenting on Hillary Clinton's infamous speech in which she seemed to on the brink of crying.

* During the halftime of a baseball match *
COACH: 'ANDERSON! WTF where you doing out there!? Don't you have a f*cking brain or something? Not even a chimp hit the ball like that! Where you out of your f*cking mind? WHERE YOU??
ANDERSON: *starts to cry*
COACH: Oh come on, what the f*ck is this...
ANDERSON: *still crying* I'm sorry coach....I was stupid, I....*proceeds to cry even louder*
COACH: No! No, No, No! You stop that right now Anderson, do you hear me! THERE'S NO CRYING IN BASEBALL!
