Coye is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He’s kind, caring, smart, and generally a great friend to have. He can be quite stupid at times, but he will always be there to support you no matter what. He is a good boyfriend to have that will care for you, he will give you many presents. These presents you should cherish forever. Overall, be friends with a Coye.

(adj) When you’re trying to be meek, despite appearances to the contrary, for one reason or another, usually to be funny or score some ass, in some sort of social situation. Examples include: very small letter usage on AIM, witty comments on MySpace pages, banter filled with innuendos, smart movies in trendy places etc etc. Word is derivative of Coy.

Chuckling On "the" Inside. This was developed as a substitute for those texters, gamers, and twitterers who, 99% of the time, don't actually Laugh Out Loud when they type LOL countless times per day. Be truthful, just type COI. This may also inspire the person who only made you silently chuckle to try and one-up themselves and make you laugh out loud, or possibly even roll on the floor while laughing, next time.

I just read somebody's funny comment in the World of Warcraft chatroom. But it wasn't that funny, therefore I didn't make any actual sound when reading it.....COI.
