A phrase from the 1996 song "I Want You" by Savage Garden. This phrase may have made some people refer to this song as the "Chic a Cherry Cola Song," because this incredible song was sung at such a fast pace, few people can keep up with the lyrics. It is pure '90s, and pure awesomeness.

Anytime I need to see your face I just close my eyes, and I am taken to a place where the crystal mind and magenta feeling taken shelter in the base of my spine sweet like a chic a cherry cola.

Chiberia

Chi-beria is a term coined by NWS meteorologist Ricky Castro (on his way to work) before the 1/6/2014 polar vortex outbreak. The City of Chicago and greater suburban areas reached AIR temperatures at around -15 degree Fahrenheit. Combined with even colder wind chills of down to -50 degrees Fahrenheit and about a foot of snow, social media controller for the NWS decided it would accurately depict the severity of the upcoming weather and cause people to take precaution. The word went viral via hastags (#) and became to be used as a term to describe Chicago during periods of extreme cold weather. Simple etymology consists of combining the names "Chicago" with "Siberia". It means conditions for the city will or currently rival conditions of Siberia, notorious for extreme cold and snow.

"Man it's cold today in Chicago"
"yeah, welcome to Chiberia dude"

"With temperatures staying below zero for over 48 hours, you wouldn't be able to tell if you're in Chicago or Siberia. Perhaps you're in Chiberia"

Beverly, Chicago

The nicest part of the South Side of Chicago. Mostly consists of rich while people who all descend from Irish Immigrants. Everyone knows everybody, and everyone is constantly trying to live up to their fathers lively hood (being a rich alcoholic.) Everyone is constantly drinking and Saint Patrick's Day is always a shit show here. The girls are all hot but also all pale as shit. The guys are between being wanna-be hood rats, and frat boys. A lot of milfs & trophy wives reside here with their spoiled ass children.

heroin chic

the look that was popular in the 90s and is coming back now. being waif skinny, pale, tired and sickly looking, using cigarette smoke as perfume, lanky, and wearing clothes that hang off your emaciated body will give you the 'heroin chic' look. you are supposed to look like you have been up for the past week partying and you are worn out (but in a cool way). there was a lot of public outcry about this look saying it encouraged children to try drugs and saying drugs were cool.

when i stay up all night and come to school in the morning i look heroin chic.
