Closing one eye at time alternating until your eyes are fully refreshed as if you had just blinked.
When a video game requires your full attention and if you were to look away for even a brief moment it would result in a drastic mistake or death in the game. (Guitar Hero, Gears of War, or Call of Duty, etc.)

My eyes started to water while i was playing Guitar Hero so i "Gamer Blink "ed so i wouldn't miss a note and screw up my chance at 100%ing the song.

The blinking trick occurs when you are stoned out of your fucking mind and blinking while walking makes you speed up. It almost appears as if you can teleport. Blinking for long enough might make you turn into the flash or maybe even sonic the hedgehog.

A pop punk band formed in 1992 by guitarist Tom Delonge and bassist Mark Hoppus. First drummer was Scott Raynor. Formally known as Blink, they had to change their name to avoid a lawsuit from an Irish band with the same name.
Later on in 1997, Scott decided to leave the band to pursue his education, so new drummer Travis Barker joined. Since then, they have come out with 6 LPs. In 2005, the band took a break to spend more time with their families.

Performing a reverse blink while facing a computer monitor will subject your eyes to one microjoule of light. (Source: "xkcd: What If?" #115)

The few seconds the turn signal in you car blinks in sync with the car in front of you. The symphony comes from the ticking sound which provides the necessary audio to match the visuals. Though very short in duration, the symphony causes so much intrigue in those who experience it that they desperately anticipate its rare but occasional second occurrence before traffic ahead starts moving once more.
Passenger: Dude why are you smiling at the light from the car in front you?
Driver: *oblivious to surroundings due to absolute immersion in blink symphony*
Passenger: Yo there are no cars coming, mooooove.
