It starts on Friday when you have a take-away then just keep eating crappy foods all weekend, but then start eating healthily on Monday

Friday

Charlie: 'Dude wanna get a Mcdonalds afterwork?'

Bethany: 'Yeah my weekend diet starts at 6 o clock'

Saturday

Bethany: 'I can't be bothered making a meal, ring up dominoes'

Sunday

Bethany: 'Whats one more take-away gonna do?'

Monday

Bethany: 'I'm starting my atkins today, never having a weekend diet again'

A girl who a guy only sees on the weekends because he is not really serious about her. Typically, he is only with her because she is offering something to him on said weekends (ie, sex).

Q: I didn't know Carrie was John's girlfriend. A: Oh, she's only his weekend girlfriend, nothing serious, just sex mostly.

Weekend Girl

The girl that every boy wants but would never date. She's good for a weekend, or when your girl is on vacation. She could be amazing in every aspect, but she just isn't the type to date. She's the girl you want to spend Friday through Sunday with, and have an amazing time. But when it's time to bring a girl home to your mom, it isn't her. She isn't wife material. She's just a weekend girl. She's fun, spontaneous, loud, passionate. But way to much to have in a long-term relationship. Most weekend girls know what they are. And most can't figure out why.

Oh she's just a weekend girl, I'd never actually date her.
I don't get it, why am I just a weekend girl to these guys?

weekend warrior

(Noun) One who has obligations during the week, i.e. job or school etc., but he/she enjoys being belligerently drunk and high all weekend to the extent of passing or blacking out. These people are notorious for staying up until sunrise and wearing the same clothes into the next day. They only qualify if he/she parties on all nights of the weekend - no days off - This requires much will power and obedience to binge drinking and smoking. However these people are not only limited to partying on weekends, weekdays are acceptable too.

After thirty games of beer pong (ruit), smoking six blunts, and getting some skins over the course of the weekend, the sun started to come up early sunday morning and Max established his weekend warrior status.
