Twitter users who are addicted and convinced that Twitter will change the world. Much like a pot-head they are adamant that Twitter is a necessity and has changed their life for the better. They will attempt to convince the world that it is relevant and should be a part of everyone's lives and will find, manufacture and skew data to make it look like it is making change and helping the economy.
