Tweeker tonics is the rational way of thinking that a person has achieved about three days into a meth binge and have concocted a project or event in their mind that will work or really happened. Can begin a horrible argument or disastrous contraption to be built. Or sometimes it can get a great tweeking trinket built or force the truth into light from the vague,persistent accusations.

Mark made us a great TV wall mount lastnight, I caught him in his tweeker tonics arguing with Kim and Rachel, so I rerouted his focus to the tools instead of them fools.

Judge: I find the defendant guilty.

Director: Yes, that's what we told them to say. This is what is called a "rhubarb and tonic moment".
