The name 'blue bruise' refers to the bruises one receives afer consuming multiple blue bruises and being pushed into an icy snow bank.

A bruised hole is an asshole that has been beaten up by someone or something. Typically found on porn stars and strippers, a bruised hole is when your butt hole is black and blue, bruised up, and beat up after someone fucks it or shoves something big in it.
