Cheesecake

My favourite dessert....mmmm....chessecake...

A base of crushed digestive biscuits mixed with butter, then a layer of cream-cheese, then topped with normally a fruit fruity / syrup-type topping.

The best ever has to be Lemon Cheesecake.
