An insult used by police officers from one station in central London, to describe a person who is completely obnoxious, irritating, incompetent or just plain stupid to such a degree it's funny, can be a member of the public or a colleague, usually a senior officer. Its use is mainly limited to one police station, but is starting to spread

"did you hear that bloke I nicked, saying he was going to get me sacked 'cos his uncle's a barrister?"

"yeah, what an utter fuckin crack spastic!"

When ones Vagina has become "twitchy" and unable to be inserted by any penis or likewise object due to the "twitchy" pussy causing pain and discomfort.

spasticle

A combination of spastic and spectacle; when one lets a particular genre of music dictate the way they dress, especially when their dress sense is horribly mismatched already. The end result has them walking around in public making themselves look like a complete retard. Goths and Emo Kids are fine examples of spasticles.

I was walking around city centre today, and saw this guy with giant black platform shoes, black baggy pants with black bondage straps, black bomber jacket with bondage straps, chains hanging from his butt and piercings galore all over his face. What a spasticle!

A derogatory term.
Used to address someone (usually but not necessarily of black origin) to infer that they are very very stupid.
Also used as a greeting among some circles.

In English footbal - "How did he miss that header the Spastic-Koon!"
or
