When parking your car, you back into the parking space, rather than pulling into it forwards. Very common for grease monkeys to perform this maneuver, thus, monking it in.

Water is pumped into the body via the vagina, and then the juices are allowed to run back out, over the faces of those deemed fit to recieve them.
