The fitness mafia are the ones who run the supplement industry and the fitness industry. They are the ones who sponsor you favorite juiced up bodybuilder. They are the ones who make videos on how to get abs and get "toned". There the ones convincing kids you can be at 5% bodyfat year round and still put on muscle.

Ronne coleman super mega,giga,tera, peta xploding preworkout doesn't really do anything special you say? You'll be getting a visit from the fitness mafia very soon for your negative comments.

All the preworkouts and protein powders are virtually the same thing? Watch your fucking back ,the fitness mafia now has a hit on you.

You said so called natural bodybuilders aren't natural, don't actually use any of the supplements they say they do and are on every steroid imaginable? Say your fucking prayers kid,your as good as dead.

Mafia Syndrome

A condition characterized by an overwhelming sense of paranoia at having one's back exposed or unprotected; The person who sits in the back of the class, or the back of the restaurant, or in the corner, like a real creeper, who is afraid of spontaneous back stabbings by strangers or hit men; So named because of the old days where mafia members never sat at a place in a restaurant where they could be attacked or caught unawares by someone coming in the front door. It has since carried over to the modern day, where it isn't really necessary, (unless you live in a third world country or maybe Iraq or North Korea) but somehow still affects people in all walks of life.

Waitress: "Sir, will this table be alright?"

Creeper: "No... no, let me have that booth that's in the corner...and turn out the light over the table please. I normally eat in the dark."

masdisturbing

To use a truly disturbing image as wank fodder.

I was at my uncle's funeral yesterday and seeing him there lying cold and expressionless in an open casket brought a tear to my eye. Granted the tear was the end product of some vigorous masdisturbing but that's beside the point. I have to say that it was nice of the Priest to let me finish up before starting the service, although watching him deliver the sermon with my tadpoles still hanging from his gnashers was slightly off-putting.
