An idea that is not yet fully formed. Shortened version of "kind of an idea". Kindeas are frequently preceded by phrases such as, "Wouldn't it be cool if..." or "You know what I was thinking..." Kindeas generally result in a butt-load of extra work for the people they're presented to.
We were making great progress on the project, and then our Vice-President chimed in with a bunch of kindeas and made the whole thing way more complicated than it needed to be.

(She’s kind shy) Unless she with her bffs, who she would hang out with anyway of the week, she doesn’t like making new friendships. Despite her shyness, she is very kind in public but when appropriate likes to joke around a bit harsher. She’s funny and could brighten up any persons day. Definitely speaks fluent sarcasm.
