Trying to force someone to leave or kick them out of somewhere for no reason isn't compassion or tough love, it's not any kind of love, it's being an instigator.
The instigator's babysitter didn't leave him/her with anything to do that day, so he/she went around trying to kick people out or run them off from different places for no good reason, because it made him/her feel tougher.

The instigator was playing all sides, from anti-abortion to abortion supporters (to turn them against one another), from people that lived in mansions to people with no home (people of all walks of life), the instigator was always trying to rally people (into a mob) to fight for her because then she wouldn't have to fight alone (since she hated being alone), she could always outnumber an opponent, she could always roll people deep to walk/trample over an opponent if it wasn't just her by herself, a bully, a little girl, a mouse always looking to pick a fight with people she thought were weaker or less feisty than her.
