goody two shoes

A person (almost always a female) who tries to be as good and "clean" as humanly possible. She is more often than not a staunch conservative and takes pride in her virginity and her practice of abstinence. She is definitely a God-fearing girl who always goes to church every Sunday, and indeed, based on the way she dresses, she looks like she's going to church every day. She cannot abide it when people cuss in front of her–the most extreme goody two shoeses faint when hearing foul language–and of course she would never consider smoking, drinking, doing drugs, or having any physical contact with a boy beyond holding hands or perhaps a kiss on the cheek. Can be nice but eventually begins to lecture you about your "sinful" lifestyle and just becomes a pest.

"Oh no, she wouldn't even think of going to that house party. She's such a little goody two shoes."

Belittling and insulting term for a person who won't do anything that can be regarded as "wrong" or "immoral". A male or female who perceives him/herself (or is believed to perceive him/herself) as morally superior - often also God-fearing and full-bloodedly American.
(Disclaimer: Not very urban or very modern slang these days, though.)

Goody Goody

Someone whose good intentions, self-righteousness and desire to be correct in everything, in reality, produces the opposite (negative) affect on others. Their own lives are usually devoid of any meaningful friendships, as all past friends could not bear the over judgmental behavior that killed the joy in the friendship and living in general.

"John told my parents that I was drinking some wine and now my parents are mad at me, what a goody goody!"
"Susan said she loved me but refuses to make love at all until we're married, what a goody goody!"
"Pat is such a goody goody! He said that we couldn't go on the canoe trip after all because his church was having a fundraiser!"

A person (Usually a female) who usually does not enjoy drugs, drinking, partying, or getting into any trouble. They don't like getting in trouble, especially in school. They sometimes can be quiet or sometimes they can be very outgoing. You will almost never catch them at a party. He/She may be a straight A student and a teacher's pet. Or sometimes they could be using the "Good-Girl/Boy" disguise and actually may be the complete opposite of they seem to be.

"I think she is using that goody two shoes look to trick us."

"Man, what a goody two shoes. She doesn't even want to hold my hand."
