Someone who is both a dick and an idiot, i.e. an extremely annoying and stupid person.

That dickiot yelled at someone for stealing their drink, when it was sitting on the table next to him the whole time.

I was on the bus today, and some dickiot refused to give up his seat for an old woman, even though there was a sign right in front of him that said "this seat reserved for the elderly and handicapped."

male usage- "Dude, his girlfriend is so hot, why is he hanging out with that troll? He is being dickiotic."
female usage- " She saw him, and yeah, he's hot, but she got all dickiotic and asked him for a date."
