Gyal = Girl. Rather than adding a 's', Jamaicans often use Dem (Them) to make a plural. So Gyal Dem = Girls; Man Dem = Men; Car Dem = Cars; Book Dem = Books.

'Nuff gyal dem inna de blues'. 'There are plenty of girls in attendance at the house party'.
