A label given to a person, or group of people who hate/dislike those who belong to the Dutch persuasion. This typically applies to hatred based on choice of footwear.

Cleggin

To say one thing and then do the opposite. Sometimes spelt clegging but the pre 18th Century form ( cleggin) has had a recent revival. The g was added by late 19th century librarians in Oxford.

The Liberal Democrats are cleggin again.
