Cottleville

A small speed trap outside of St.Louis, patrolled by the douchiest cops in all the Midwest. They also have a higher sales tax than any other city in the area. The small government wastes their money on police Hummers, Tahoes, and city parks.

I got a $300 ticket in Cottleville by a cop in an unmarked Tahoe. At least my tax dollars are going towards something useful...oh wait, they aren't.
