The act of either having a instant message or text message conversations where nothing gets accomplished. Neither side is saying anything interesting. When either side realizes it they just say LOL or make a smiley face. The conversation is filled with awkwardness.

Commonly caused because of the size of the zone, and the player density of the zone, and also due to the common rumor that the badass players play Horde, leading 12 year olds wanting to be badass, but instead, resulting in this hot mess of immaturity and Chuck Norris jokes.

When people talk in a Twitch streamer's chat despite them being offline, or not live.
The chats are normally chill, and are similar to very large group chats or general Discord servers.

stop n chat

One who stops for a little conversation when they bump into someone on the way to somewhere. Usually it's a quick and instinctive descision if the stop n chat will go down or not, usually because one of the two parties dont want to stop and chat, and therefore will try some sort of avoidance.

Person 1: I knew I shouldn't have trusted you to be here on time...
Person 2: I would have been here on time, honest, but i ran into Charlie on the way here, and he forced me into a stop n chat.

Another addition to the Facebook Stalkers Toolkit for people who you don't want to talk to... to talk to you. To make it worse, the only off-switch is "going offline" on your internet browser.
