A phrase used when you've exhausted all known avenues to communicate an important issue.
Although it sounds condescending, it really isn't. It means that the person or people involved isn't able to see a different perspective.

Something said by Swayzak at the end of the second level in the flash game Toonami: Trapped in Hyperspace. First making the rounds September 17, 2002 on CartoonNetwork.com, it soon became popular and one of the first recorded Internet memes.
A year later, the phrase was stolen by a certain edgy Shadow the Hedgehog (otherwise known as Ow the Edge) in Sonic Heroes. Everybody objected to this, as he didn't even pronounce the entire sentence right (it is meant to be pronounced as "Yoyull nivah dayfeet auths.")
The phrase was doomed to become lost in Internet history and largely forgotten about until March 2017, when the search for the Trapped in Hyperspace game it originated from learned more about what role Swayzak had in the game. The quest for one of the original Internet memes is still going to this day, although it is almost close to being found.
