K-Tard
People who do lines of k in the bathroom of malls, then walk around really fucked up screaming at people and talking to strangers and making obscene gestures. These people also go to raves, fucked up on k, staring at visualizations, thinking they're on the moon, because they can't walk from all the k. Soon, they think they are gods or Al Pacino, and will start talking in a thick cuban accent telling everyone that they're going to get shit on.

Someone who clearly likes to over indulge in the party drug GHB GBH. When taking in excess the user often experiences incontrollable body movements, makes random noises and yelling offensive obsenities at total strangers as if they have severe tourettes syndrome.

E-Tard noun "E" coming from the word Electronic and "Tard" from the word Retard.
Originated from the term "B-Tard" being any and all who visit the random board on 4chan. Also from the heavily used trend of putting "E" in front of words to make them seem cool and hip during the "DotCOM" boom of the late 90's to early 2000's.
