Cheese nerd

A insult that describes a specific variety of nerd. Used specifically towards nerds who are addicted video games and/or anime and they make it part of everything they do and say. Their appearance usually consists of:

- Poor hygiene
- Acne
- Are either extremely skinny or extremely overweight (rarely in between)
- Usually have very greasy unkempt hair
- Wear anime or fantasy themed shirts
- Are usually seen consuming snacks and beverages such as Cheeto's and Mountain Dew (Hence the term "Cheese Nerd)

They are also usually mild mannered unless talking about/playing Yugi-Oh, Naruto, and other anime/nerd subculture things. They are also most likely seen playing various anime card games, video games, or reciting lines from online/television phenomenons. The term originated from when I read a article on the internet about a certain webmaster's hatred for nerds where it said "cheesy nerds" and I misread it as "cheese nerd". As you can tel, the term is a pejorative one used to describe people of that description.

The only reason Caleb joined the football team is because he wanted to cover up the fact that he is really a cheese nerd and spends his lunch period playing Yugi-Oh and discussing when the new Pokemon game is coming out.

nerd-out: 1) verb. To overindulge in computer related activity.
2) noun. An event marked by wanton computer usage or kindred digital activity.

1) Turn-off that computer and stop nerding-out!
2) Sorry I can't, I am in the middle of a major nerd-out.

A sex educator. A sex positive person with extensive knowledge who is open about sexuality and has a career educating others. Sex nerds include Violet Blue, Dan Savage, Annie Sprinkle, Audacia Ray, Dr. Ruth and others. Sex nerds publish in print, blogs, old and new media, give talks, seminars, etc.

SN: I can't decide what I want to write my next book about.
EG: What are you thinking?
SN: Either 'Sexy Conflict Resolution' or '101 Greatest Analingus Techniques.' Then again, I've always wanted to do a photo book on condom package design over the years.
EG: You're such a sex nerd.

Nerd Bashing

Nerd Bashing is the unfortunate activity society enjoys today, though it started back when the Media started making its discriminatory propeganda broadcasts, mainly targeting "emos," Communists, and the main focus on my little article: "Nerds."
While people say it's all their fault, I disagree otherwise. Nerd bashing, among other minority prejudice, can take place in the following forms:

Physical
-Shoving
-Punching
-Kicking
-"Stuffing in Locker" as portrayed in movies.
-Anything related to physical abuse
Emotional
-Insulting
-Teasing
-Social Rejection
-Related forms

C'Nerd

Literrally "cool nerd", also meaning friendly nerd. Someone who studies hard but still has time to have friends at school.
Heard from a six year old when asked if she was a nerd.

MOM: Julie, you study all the time, are you a nerd?
JULIE: No, mom! I´m a C'Nerd, kids like me.
MOM: C'Nerd?
