Diagrammatical Biomechanics

A term coined by exercise scientist Dr Mike Israetel in relation to poorly designed exercise equipment.

"I made up a term uh back back a few years ago when I was debating some biomechanics folks called
diagrammatical biomechanics where you looked at some diagrams and you're like 'Ehhh... this must be how the human body works!' and you made a machine only on that."

"You tried that machine over there?"
"It fucking sucks, the creators were probably on some diagrammatical biomechanics bullshit."

A term used to refer to a sanitary pad, often humorously implying that it's as essential as a diaper for babies. It can also mean underwear that has a sanitary pad integrated into it, offering convenience during menstruation.

When I realized I forgot that my daughter runs out of her diaper, I had to make a quick stop at the store—thankfully, they had her favorite brand!
