Southern Living

a lifestyle magazine aimed at readers in the Southern United States featuring recipes, house plans, garden plans, and information about Southern culture and travel. It is published by Birmingham, Alabama–based Southern Progress Corporation, a unit of IAC's Dotdash Meredith.

One of the major topics in Southern Living is food, and since 1979, the magazine has published a popular Annual Recipes book each year.

Southern Boomer

Typically an older person who is from, or probably still lives in, the southern states-Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Carolinas, and Louisiana. They speak with a heavy southern accent saying things with an overly dramatized draw in tone. They are often very rude, selfish, do not know how to cook anything other than fried food, eat out too much, drink alcohol or sweet tea constantly, are overweight, ugly, and white. They are just as selfish and narcissistic as all the other boomers in the world but the southerners are much more uneducated, racist, fake, judgemental, and out of touch with the modern world. And they are likely to make threats if you cross them in any way.

They will speak nasty and rude if you cross a southern boomer and find anything or anyone in their path because they are mostly miserable. A Boomer from South Carolina said, "Scat, scat, scat aawwfff myyyy property or I'm goinaaa git fittin taa git real pissed awfff cuz I AM Suuthhhhern and i dont care bout yewww."

Southern Teaser
