Lucasization can also occur when film makers fail to make proper edits thus including scenes that subtract from the final product in effort to explain as much as possible to the audience.

Apocalypse Now: Redux was remarkably bad, Francis Ford Coppola totally lucasized it. I don't know what he was thinking!
