Knife in Mattress

A scenario, often playful and sexual, in which a person forcefully stabs a knife into a mattress and uses it as a sex toy, sometimes as part of an act or roleplay, while their partner or praises them.

The term is heavily inspired by a scene in the Book "Lights out" by Navessa Allen in which a character proposes the idea of riding a knife in a mattress.
