Noun. moment when one reacts to another's bad actions and resorts to displaying pissed, rude, ignant and/or sometimes even violent-as-hell behavior ( may follow wit a string of choice and/or humiliating) words in order to let another or others know that they will no longer accept being messed with.

ghetto tackulous

A take on Ghetto Fabulous, but with a slight lean towards extreme tackyness, due to lack of planning, funds, insight, or intelegence.

That lowered Escalade with the chrome spinners and dark tinted windows is cool, but the fact that the front left fender is painted primer grey and looks like it's fresh from a junkyard makes it Ghetto Tackulous.
