Hence why Feminists constantly project their "Injustice Collection" onto anyone who disagrees with their Dogma or why Feminists accuse non-Feminist Women of internalized misogyny or "Pick Me," by projecting their own internal "Injustice Collector."

A feminist cookie is the term for the reward some men seem to be seeking for saying or doing something feminist. Asking someone if they want a cookie may be used to mock, more or less gently, such attention seeking. A man congratulating himself on his feministic treatment of women is likely to be called out for cookie seeking. In general, feminists consider feminist behavior an essential matter of etiquette, not a cause for general congratulations and acclaim.

Someone who complains about lack of female representation immediately upon such a thought crossing their mind, often without an argument (let alone a logical and meritocratically-backed one) for, and sometimes even without examples of, women that should be included.

"Congratulations to Mark, Aidan, Zachary and Flynn of our university's programming team who won the gold medal at the national hackathon!"
Kneejerk feminist on social media: "wHy nO wOmEn?!?!?1?"
Everyone in the replies: "Do u want us to have lost or what. No woman even came close to making the team. Highest female scorer on the team selection test couldn't even manage half the points of the worst man on the team lmao"
