home workout

Somewhat strenuous exercise usually performed in front of a TV screen whilst a ridiculously enthusiastic , middle aged woman with a pony tail and leg warmers screams ' KNEES UP ...COME ON NOW!'. This self torture is most commonly practiced in the first few optimistic days of the new year , after which most decide that a doughnut, couch and box set of Breaking Bad are more rewarding.

Home-Hobo

A person that stays in inside all day, with a wardrobe consisting of a dirty oversized cardigan/jacket, stained sweatpants, and an old T-shirt. A Home-Hobo also tends to have messy hair, acne and hairy legs.
