Superman level

A descriptive term applied to fictional (mainly comic book) characters, who' strength, speed (to include flight speed, these characters must fly), and invulnerability are so great that comparison to anyone less than Superman would not do them justice.
These characters may possess other powers, such as energy projection, matter manipulation, shape shifting, telepathy etc. but but strength, speed (and flight), and invulnerability are a must.

Blue Marvel is a Superman level character.

zero level talk 

When you're stoned out of your mind and your mouth opens up a lot more than it should. Say, for example, you have 5 (0 - 4)levels of things to say, you choose to say the absolute bottom level, 0, and sound like an absolute fool.

7-level 

A somewhat disparaging name for a more senior enlisted USAF technician who has advanced to the point where he only walks around checking the work of others. At times he will reach over your shoulder to make an insignificant tweak to the circuit you've been working on. Very annoying.

10th Level Paladin

Noun- Someone who plays WoW (World of Warcraft) excessively and cannot talk about anything else.

Verb- Act of being a nerd; Talking about video games non-stop.

Noun-

guy 1- so all Jake will talk about is his new sword in WoW.
guy 2- such a 10th level paladin...

Verb-

guy- so I got a new sword in WoW
girl- Is this ALL you can talk about?
guy- uhh...
girl- Wow, you're a 10th level paladin... just like that guy I just broke up with <leaves>
guy- ...my mom says it's cool.

To have better than average in either talent, skills, knowledge or personality in your sport, profession or everyday life. Mid American Confrence, a "mid major" college confrence who teams are generally made up of players who could not make it in major college programs.
