The father of the rat pack. He makes many dad jokes and terrible puns. The sad thing is that he is the real joke. He cares for his rat pack and loves his cats. He considers chocolate a food group and will go get some lettuce to snack on, but the lettuce always ends up starting like chocolate. Papa Rat also has an unhealthy obsession with cars.
