dick flake

(n.) A male individual who takes a liking to the male anatomy that is commonly referred to as a "dick". It is also said for these individuals to have the tendency to be a person whose mannerisms, fashion, speech or personality is eccentric thus being called "flaky".

Person 1: "Hey did you see Marcellas at the dance last night?"

Person 2: "Yea, he was wearing that tight leather bodysuit and dancing around to Jennifer Lopez songs"

Person 1: "Wow. What a dick flake."

To use when talking in spades and not swearing at the same time people would often say 'flick' instead of 'fuck'.
The municipal government of Toronto once questioned a campaign to influence people to say 'flick' in stead of 'the f-word' as said in a saturday's newspaper on april 28th 2007.

"That is some flicked up shit right there!"
