A NPC , SJW or lefty that is not entirely evil or fugly ; just emasculated and clueless about the world around him/her and unable to defend itself or argue its positions properly due to severe leftism, veganism, yoga or similar new-age ideologies that replaced critical thinking. Is afraid of Morlocks and thinks everyone right from Karl Marx is a Morlock but due to complete inability to fight or argue a Eloi ignores everything and everyone challenging his views. Reference is The Time Machine by H.G. Wells. "the Eloi lived simply and spent their days talking, eating, sleeping, dancing, playing, and flirting."

He is harmless, just an Eloi NPC. She is a typical Eloi just tell her you're vegan and she'll be easy.
