To "Biden" or to "pull a Biden" is to say the wrong thing, whether it be a job, a person's name or a country.

Remember when Joe Biden was running for President but he said he was running for Congress? He pulled a Biden.
Remember when Joe Biden was running for President against Donald Trump but said he was running against George Bush? What a Biden.
Remember when Joe Biden was running for President and was talking about China but said Russia? Or when he was talking about Russia but said Ukraine? Or when he was talking about Ukraine but said China? What a Biden.
Remember when Joe Biden was running for President and called his sister his wife? He pulled a Biden.
