Cisgender

A word the LGBT community often uses to insult people who don’t identify with the community itself. You can try to tell me that it’s not a slur, but they only use it when they’re arguing with the so called “cis male”. They use it as if it is a slur. Along with calling someone a hick, hillbilly, white trash, homophobic F word, racist N word, racist C word, etc. though the definition of a slur is to “make damaging or insulting insinuations” so even when you call someone a bitch, it’s insulting in a way. “Tranny” has been used as an insult, “D*ke” has been used as an insult. It’s all just hate against hate at this point.

Cisphobia

A word that cisgender people use to try and make themselves look like a victim when they get called out for deciding to be discriminatory towards transgender individuals trying to exist.

Trans person: *exists*
Transphobe: YOU! JUSTIFY YOUR HAPPINESS TO ME NOW! I WANT TO DEBATE WITH YOU ON WHETHER OR NOT YOU DESERVE RIGHTS!
Trans person: I’d honestly rather not have you be telling me to my face that I don’t deserve to be alive, actually.

Cisgender

A derogatory term for a male or female who goes by the gender dictated by their genetics. Commonly used by science deniers when referring to pornography featuring straight, lesbian, or gay people who don't fit into their definitions of what a male or female person should be. It should be noted this term is often co-opted by people who claim to be transgender but never undertake gender-affirming care.

People who enjoy using this slur also tend to display racial hatred and might use other racially charged slurs that cannot even be listed. In general, this term is controversial at best.

Cismedicalism

Cismedicalism is the idea that being transgender is not primarily a medical issue related to the incongruence between an individual's assigned sex at birth and their gender identity, characterized by gender dysphoria. Cismedicalists believe individuals who identify as transgender without experiencing gender dysphoria or desiring to undergo any social or medical transition through methods such as hormone replacement therapy or sex reassignment surgery are genuinely transgender. Cismedicalists also reject the idea that gender identity is rooted in biology and that it’s just a social category constructed by society. They also include those who identify themselves as non-binary under the cis label. Cismedicalists is also an alternative to “Trans Sympathizers”

Cismedicalism is harmful to the transgender community. That person is a Cismedicalist.
