Barrel Locked

To be locked to a proverbial barrel, such as 'bent over a barrel' with no feasible means of escape.

A buddy of mine is barrel locked (bent over a barrel) with a vendor at work. He can't get anything done cause the vendors solution doesn't work, and management won't allow him to replace the vendor.

A term to describe some of the stupid shit white people do, like over-using mayonnaise , being exactly on time for a party, or wearing boat shoes.

Did you see Becky dipping her french fries in mayonnaise? That is so cracker barrel!
