Combination of "white" and "nigger". It basically means a white guy talking, looking, or doing things like a black person.

Similar to the Juggernaut, with the exception that instead it is a wigger that is a massive inexorable force that seems to crush everything in its way

a literal or metaphorical wigger, regarded as unstoppable

Person 1: Damn, you see that swoll ass wigger crushing everything in its path?

Person 2: yeah, its the wiggernaut bitch!
