MMFL

The MMFL stands for the Minnesota Metro Fastpitch League. Five age classes are offered from 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U. Each team that is a member of the MMFL is triple sanctioned through AFA, ASA and USSSA. All of the member teams, which includes all of Minnesota, may attend national tournaments of any of the sanctioning bodies should they qualify for one of their tournaments. www.minn-metrofastpitch.com

With over 500 member MMFL teams almost 80 girls fastpitch teams attended national tournaments outside of Minnesota.

MMA

Acronym for Mixed Martial Arts. For Example, learning Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu (brazilian or not) is a good combination. Muay Thai is good for fighting on your feet, while in Jiu-Jitsu it is perferable to fight on the floor. You can combine as many as you like and adapt them to your personal fighting style.

He prefers to study many martial arts so he can compete in MMA tournament.
