When people are evacuated from a building, usually during times of harsh, brutal weather, and are left standing in the blistering cold for a long period of time for no reason.

Panic Fire

Basically,you're playing a shooting game (Halo, Call Of Duty, etc.) and you're not very good (usually playing on XBOX Live or against your friend). Someone comes around the corner or hops in front of you. You pull the trigger and shoot the hell out of them. 80% of the time, you kill someone on your team.

Also known as trigger finger, panic fingers or simply, sucking at XBOX.

Noah: AGH! *pulls XBOX trigger and shoots like crazy.*
Lynsey: God damn it, Noah! That's the fourth time you've killed me. I'm on your team, idiot. Enough with the panic fire!
