The dance move upon which a male is dancing with a female and cups his hand while reaching in between her legs from behind and upward scooping.

Scoop Slap

Quick motion of lifting up and then slapping down someones breast (usually a female) with the intent for it to sting. Bonus points if you clip the nipple.

(Sort of akin to a towel snap)

I roasted her too hard and she scoop slapped me!
