"How I feel after playing a single note on guitar" is a phrase normally accompanied by a caricature of singer-song writer Kurt Cobain, that means that the person saying it feels like they are Kurt Cobain
The joke has been taken further now with people using caricatures of other musicians, normally with a caption along the lines of; "How I feel after playing a single (sound) on (instrument)"

Kraft American cheese singles great to make grilled cheeses with.

Recipe: take two slices of bread
Take two slices of Kraft singles American cheese, put the cheese on the bread, heat up on a stove with butter on each side of the bread, heat up til cheese is melted.
